Kilimanjaro Live started with one idea: the industry needed a more human approach to promoting.
Founder Stuart Galbraith set the tone from day one - hands-on, people-first, and determined to build an independent company that did things the right way. He was soon joined by Steve Tilley’s sharp instinct for spotting talent and knack for turning grassroot shows into stadium moments. And Alan Day, the Music-Fan promoter who’s deeply committed to all corners of the industry he knows best. Together, they built a place where artists are nurtured, promoters lead the way, and every show is treated as a unique journey rather than a transaction.
We believe that music, comedy, and live performance should feel personal, exciting, and fair. And while the industry became dominated by cookie-cutter deals and faceless corporations, we stayed independent, agile, and fiercely hands-on.
Our team doesn’t sit on the sidelines, we get right in the thick of it. We’re on-site fixing last-minute problems, directing traffic in the rain, and sweating every detail to ensure every show hits the mark. Promoters aren’t just bookers here; they are central to every decision we make, working shoulder-to-shoulder with marketing, ticketing, and finance to give every artist a truly personalised experience.
Today, Kilimanjaro Live promotes exceptional talent across a multitude of genres, including artists like Gorillaz, Sam Fender, Ed Sheeran, Ludovico Einaudi, and Iron Maiden. We continue to invest in our people, creativity, and bold ideas, while championing the independent spirit that has defined us from the start.
We’re proud of the legacy we’ve built and the people who’ve been part of it. There’s a saying that “you never really leave Kili”, but the truth is, Kili never really leaves you.
